As a Referral program member of Chylocure (ChyloRelief), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully.
1.1 Overview – The Chylocure (ChyloRelief) Referral Program is offered and available to all Chylocure (ChyloRelief) customers that register an account on the ChyloRelief web site.
The Program allows registered customers to receive credits that can be redeemed for subsequent purchases of Chylocure (ChyloRelief) products through the ChyloRelief web site (www.chylorelief.com) for referring new customers.
Referral program members acquire no vested right or entitlement to the continued availability of any particular product or reward.
1.2 Terms and Conditions – The terms and conditions set forth herein govern the Program. The Company can, in its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Program terms have been updated, the Company will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website and note the date that they were last updated.
1.3 Acceptance – By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership enrollment – Membership is free and no initial purchase is required in order to become a Member. To become a valid member, you must complete the Registration process by providing complete and accurate information and indicating your acceptance of the Program terms.
2.2 Referral process – After completion of the Registration process, a custom URL link and a referral coupon code will be generated that is unique to your account and can be shared with those to whom you refer to our web site to purchase our product. To identify your custom URL link and coupon code, click ‘Referral Program’ under ‘Shop’ on the main menu navigation panel. On the Referral Program Dashboard page, click ‘Your Referral Link’ for your URL, and ‘Coupons’ link for your custom coupon code. Share the URL and coupon code with your referrals. This will enable your referrals to make a purchase with us while receiving 15% off (which may change from time to time) their first purchase (with the coupon code) and award you with a 10% referral credit (which may change from time to time). Once the coupon code or URL link is used for a purchase, credits will accrue to your account for use on your subsequent purchases.
2.3 Passwords and security – Existing customers will automatically be enrolled in the Referral program and have the benefits of the program available to them. To enroll in the program, you will have to register and create an Account with us and provide your first and last name, email address, login username and password and how you intend to generate Referrals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID, may not share your ID and password with other users and may maintain only one user ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us immediately.
2.4 Suspension rights – If the Company determines that a Program Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with any of the Program terms, or makes any misrepresentation to the Company, the Company may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice, take such actions as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the credits earned in such Program Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s membership in the Program, in each case, without liability to the Company. Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to:

- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Offering incentives from your earned credits
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation.
2.5 Inactive accounts – An Account is deemed to be inactive if no credits are used and no orders are placed from the Program Member’s Account for 365 days. Once an Account is deemed to be inactive, all credits earned will be expired and set to 0, with or without notice.
ARTICLE 3 – CREDITS
3.1 Earning credits – As a Program Member, credits to your account are earned when the following occur:

- You provide your custom URL link and/or custom coupon code to a first time customer who uses that custom URL link or custom coupon code to make their initial purchase
- That customer receives a 15% discount (which may change from time to time) with the coupon code off their first purchase of Chylocure (ChyloRelief) products
- You receive a 10% Referral credit (which may change from time to time) of the purchase price on the initial and all subsequent purchases by the referred customer
- You can use these credits (along with other payment methods) to purchase Chylocure (ChyloRelief) products through your account
- No other promotion code can be used when using your credits to purchase our product
3.2 Transferability – Credits cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or given by gift or otherwise sold.
3.3 Return/exchange policy – In the event of return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned credits, such credits will be deducted automatically from the Account that was granted the credit as the ‘Referrer’. Credits will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL
4.1 Acceptance – By enrolling in the Program, each Member (i) certifies that he or she is over the age of 21 (ii) consents to the company’s collection and use of certain personal information, except as he or she may otherwise notify the Company and (iii) agrees to the Program Terms, as they may be amended from time to time
4.2 Abuse – Any abuse by a Member of the Program’s privileges, any failure by a Member to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may subject the Member to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all accumulated credits.
4.3 Waiver – We have attempted to ensure that the information herein is correct. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in these Terms and Conditions. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Liability – Chylocure will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages due to referral tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
4.5 Term of the agreement – The term of this Agreement begins upon your Registration in the Program and will end when your account is terminated.
4.6 Indemnification – Referral Program Member shall indemnify and hold harmless Chylocure and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Chylocure to transmit and distribute materials and products, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Referral Program Member.
